Version 1.2.5
Current releaseVisuAgent Manager 1.2.5 introduces Global Agent Instructions, strengthens synchronization and assignment handling, and updates personal licensing to three years of access for $29.
Global Agent Instructions
- Added Global Agent Instructions as a first-class Library resource for maintaining reusable user-level instruction templates across supported agents.
- Added direct per-agent assignments, with agent-specific rendering for native files such as CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md.
- Added import-first synchronization that discovers existing global instruction files, groups equivalent content, associates matches with existing Library items, and lets you name and review new imports.
- Added conflict review for instruction files changed outside VisuAgent Manager, including previews and a choice of which version to keep before changes are published to other assigned agents.
- Assignment changes and edits now update assigned agent files immediately when Live item updates is enabled, while explicit unassignments remain unassigned on later synchronization runs.
Library and assignments
- Saving an assigned Library item now propagates the update to its current agent and workspace destinations without running a full synchronization.
- Enabling or disabling an agent now applies the corresponding Library assignments and reports skipped or failed targets.
- Deleting an assigned Library item now offers a choice between unassigning and deleting it or deleting only the Library copy while leaving installed agent configuration in place.
- Fixed stale assignment state that could cause updates to use an outdated set of linked agents.
Synchronization
- Improved reconciliation of manually added and edited MCP servers, rules, commands, sub-agents, skills, triggers, and instruction files while preserving per-agent assignment choices.
- Disabled or unlinked managed items are now removed from their agent destinations instead of being unexpectedly linked again during synchronization.
- Preserved unmanaged MCP servers and platform-specific MCP settings when managed server changes are synchronized.
- Improved deletion and rename cleanup so obsolete managed files are removed without deleting unrelated configuration.
- Added stronger validation and failure isolation so malformed items, unreadable configuration, or a failed write do not overwrite valid existing configuration or prevent unrelated synchronization work from continuing.
- Improved Claude Code sub-agent updates so managed files replace links safely without modifying the linked external file.
Licensing
- Updated personal licensing to $29 for three years of access, with a 30-day evaluation available to eligible new customers.
- Simplified sign-in, checkout, activation, expiration, and account status messaging for the new license term.
